Synkronized
Capture. Understand. Empower.
About Synkronized
Synkronized exists to close a gap most of the world never sees: the electromagnetic spectrum capability gap. Every signal a nation depends on — mobile networks, aviation, emergency response, broadcast, defense — runs through spectrum that has to be managed, monitored, and protected. Many developing nations are still forced to rely on foreign-built platforms and foreign expertise to do it. We believe that's a form of dependency no nation should have to accept.
Synkronized was founded to change that — by building the training, the technology, and the sovereign infrastructure that let nations capture, understand, and manage their own electromagnetic spectrum on their own terms. We call this approach Ambient Intelligence™: a methodology for turning raw spectrum activity into engineering-grade understanding, and understanding into capability that stays where it belongs — with the nation that owns it. Spectrum is our first vertical. Sovereignty is the mission. Capture. Understand. Empower.
Our Services and Solutions
Ambient Academy
Ambient Academy is our spectrum management training and curriculum arm — a rigorous, field-ready course of instruction built for engineers, regulators, and institutions who need real capability, not a certificate of attendance. Our flagship offering, the Ambient Academy Rwanda Track, is a complete six-module program developed to build in-country spectrum management expertise from the ground up.
Project Ambient
Project Ambient is our hardware and sensing layer — the Raspberry TAM (Telemetry Acquisition Module) and the field-deployed receivers that capture real electromagnetic activity, not just what's on paper. Project Ambient normalizes raw RF observations into structured, engineering-grade evidence, giving spectrum managers a ground-truth picture of what's actually transmitting, where, and on what frequency.
SSMS — Sovereign Spectrum Management System
SSMS is the engineering operating system that ties it together — a browser-based platform for spectrum managers and engineers to record assignments, detect conflicts, generate engineering recommendations, evaluate proposed frequency use, and correlate real sensed activity from Project Ambient against the authoritative spectrum record. Built from the ground up as sovereign infrastructure, SSMS gives a nation's spectrum authority a system it owns outright — not a foreign platform it rents.
